David Yett, a third-generation contractor, specializes in electrical engineering and supervisory oversight. His goal with Mexatua Designs projects is, through teaching and daily oversight, to produce homes that are structurally sound and electrically safe and adequate.

Karin Miles, brings project management and design knowledge to Mexatua Designs projects. Additionally, as former CEO of the Better Business Bureau of Oregon/SW Washington, Karin is naturally focused on the importance of performance of contractors and suppliers, and is implementing a feedback system whereby clients can both provide feedback, and learn from others experience, with a goal of improving quality and service to the clients.
